
Liz is a health and wellbeing consultant at a health resort, helping people live happier, healthier lives. She runs lifestyle, stress and weight management programmes. She has a private clinic, she co-founded the Be Happy Be Healthy initiative. She writes for magazines, newspapers and is always on TV and the radio quite a lot. She's written lots of books including the 'Good health guide', 'Understanding food' and 'When you want to say yes but your body says no'. She conducts workplace 'health audits' to raise personal health awareness and gives talks and seminars around the country to promote good health.
